Dream house or dream car?

Yesterday night, my husband telling me which car he likes the most and which car he is dreaming to have. He told me the used car company is selling his dream car at US30k only. I share my opinion with him, we should get enough fund to move in our new house then only think about his dream car. It is not only the renovation budget we have to prepare but also other expenses such as payment purchase of furniture & fitting, electrical applicants, and also payment to moving companies to ensure our moving process is smoothly.

We have to save many monies to make our moving house dream come true. I do not think he has extra money to pay for his dream car again.

so many excuses

My elder daughter keeps complain to me she is headache when I told her to brush teeth. Oh my. Why children could have so many excuse refuse to do something they don’t like also? Previously I though only adult would have excuse like these but seem like I am wrong. Children also have many clever excuses to make you believe that she / he is not well and could not do something you requested. *faint*

Have to buy sunglass to her

My daughter requests me to buy her a new sunglass yesterday. In fact, I bought to her and sister each person one last year, but she already miss placed the sunglass and could not find it now. When she saw her sister wearing the sunglass, then she will start to requests for a new one. Well, I am looking for Wayfarer sunglasses also, I think I probably will bring her to shopping and get one child sunglass for her too. Hmm..Or maybe I should just order online? Aiyah..Let see how la…

Going to make breakfast for her

I told my daughter I am going to make breakfast for her. I was planning to make a western type breakfast with fried egg that she likes the most. Also french fried, sausage and some cucumber. But, I could not find egg at home! Forgetful me, I forgot to buy egg. Well, I think I better going down to the mini market to buy some as I do not want to make my daughter disappointed. :p

Spend like crazy in my trip

I though I would not spend much in my trip because I had reminded myself must spend accordingly. I have limited budget to spend on this trip, therefore I must keep everything below target. If not I might have no money to pay for my trip basic expenses already. Besides that, I also control myself not to spend with my Credit Card. I do not want to keep working and pay for Credit Card payment only.

However, I am such a failed person. I told everyone I am going to spend less before my trip. However, I could not control to buy when I am there. When I saw the most of the products are selling with cheap price there, I just could not stop myself to think of buying. Regardless is buying for family, my friends or myself! Haha..

I think you might be same as me when you see the great sales for Baseball Gloves, all kind sport of products, winter clothes, socks, beautiful dresses, shoes and many others. You might not able to control to spend more. Haha

Now is the time to earn more money to pay the Credit Card payment. I do not want to have bad debts in my life.

Don't Think With Join Her Trip

MY sister asks me want to join her trip to Thailand on coming Chinese New Year or not. I have no idea where to go on my Chinese New Year yet, but I do not think I will join her Thailand Trip. I think the trip is not suitable for children. That might be a shopping trip for adult, therefore I do not think it would be a nice trip for the children. I think I better plan for another trip that which is suitable for my children.

Don't Fall in sick please

Weather make people sick now. Some day would hot like no tomorrow but some day will raining like dog and cat. My friend's children have fall in sick continuously for so many days. And has not show of recover yet.

I hope my children would not get sick. I already trying my best to protect them and not allow them to eat cold food or drink cold liquid. Hopefully they won’t get sick with my protection here. haii

When I am visited to Japan, I found there have many type of diet pills selling in the drug shop. I was thinking to buy and bring back here, however, I am not dare to get one. All because I do not understand what they writing in the descriptions. I also do not know what ingredients are in the diet pills. If not, sure I will buy some because I heard there diet pills are very effective. Well, never mind, I will get it at my next trip. Although still no idea is when yet.haha

High risk to stay in terrace house now

My friend and me still have no answer whether is good to stay in terrace house or apartment or condo. Both of us feeling the unsafe to stay in terrace house because we have to worry if there any bad guy hiding somewhere waiting for us.

Scary World

I ma chatting with a friend in MSN for whole day already. We chat about everything. And we talk about current unsafe social also. She and me also feeling scare when bring our children out and back to home. Especially she is staying in double storey terrace house. Feel unsafe and worry if there any bad guy waiting her when she is opening the gate.

I think what we scare is not about the money but is the safety of our children and ourself. Those crazy people do not care about human life anymore. They are not only rob what money but will hurt you too. crazy world!

Train Not Easy to Get Drunk Easily

I like to drink wine before I get have my own baby. No joke, I am quite good in drinking wine, as I am seldom getting drunk. My elder sister train us like that, because she told us is good for girl not to get drunk easily. So that we would not make mistake while going out with guys. haha

I stop to drink wine after gave birth to two babies. I think now should be the time to have my hobby back since they are already grow a lot. I am checking in the wine of the month club, do not know what kind of facilities they have now. Maybe I could get some cheap but good wine there.

US60 For Points Transfer Charges?!

I am checking on the AsiaMiles redemption and their rules and regulations. I could not believe that they are charging US60 for 5,000miles and US120.00 for 10,000 miles if apply to transfer point between group member. I spend $1K to get their so called 6,000 miles points. And I checked their redemption gift. 5,000miles could redeem for one way airport bus tickets from hotel to airport which only cost around US$30. On my! The 5,000miles doesn’t not even worth of US60!! Then why they charges us so high cost? Crazy!

Have Not Ready Shower Gift To Her Yet

I have no idea what to buy to my colleague to shower her newborn baby yet. I was thinking to buy her baby clothes before but it looks like she has so much of baby clothes from her first two babies. She requests us not to buy baby clothes to her baby anymore. Haha..

I help my father to renew his car insurance last week. I thought we could set the insured sum according to our requirement until last week. My agent told me there is a minimum insured sum required by the insurance company actually. The minimum insured amount for the company we purchase car insurance is request minimum of $8,000.

Well, my father’s car kind of old car, we were thinking to purchase $5,000 insured amount only. However, due to the minimum amount requirement, we have no choice to insured $8,000. Lucky, the payment rate for $5,000 and $8,000 only $20 - $30 different. If not, I might need to look for other insurance company already.

Comfortable Crocs Shoes

Although I did comment that Crocs shoes are very ugly and do not look nice at all. However, can't decline that it is quite comfortable when wearing it. If the look does not matter, I think they are very nice shoes.

There are so many sellers offering free promotional products to visitors when I am visit to a big shopping mall last weekend. I was shopping for some daily sundries in the supermarket. However, I received more than 3 promotional products at the same times. Let’s see what I received here. I received promotional pen, free tissue pack with the supplier company name printed and a small food pack.

Although those promotional items are in small quantity but there are quite useful. I like them! Anyway, I think the gift giver has already successful build up their image in me. I remember their company now. haha

damn tire!

I am so tired now. I walked about 8 - 10 hours today. I could not believe it! My legs seem like no longer belong to me because I could not control it anymore. There are very tire but still force to do walk. If not the master is not able to back to home. Sound very funny huh? But that is true, that is how I am feeling now. haha

waiting too long flight!

I am so happy to tell you that I already booked flight ticket to visit my dream country next year! The departure date would be around September 2009. Well, maybe it is still very long way to go, but I just could not stop myself to think of the vacation already. I have booked 8 flight tickets. I will bring my husband, daughter, parent, sister and cousin for the trip. We are going to have a big family vacation! I seldom have chance to enjoy vacation with them. I think this definitely would be a great experience to all of us.

I already started to search for the information of the trip after booked the flight tickets. I have to collect more information such as where to stay, what to eat, where to go or what to do in my vacation. I even already was planning what to buy! Shopping always is my favorite hobby. I could buy everything I want in the trip, isn’t that nice?

I am going to buy skincare products for myself. Children clothing for my daughter. NFL Jersey products for my husband and Soccer Goals for my nephew. I believe they would love what I buy for them. Couldn’t wait for the vacation already.

dreaming of good night sleep

I read somewhere the sleep number bed could help for good sleep. 50% corrupted

Finally downloaded all the flash card pdf file. I tried each of them but not every file is working fine. I think almost 50% if them are corrupted. I am not sure is the problem of the way I am download them or the file itself contains problem.

Lucky there are 4 or 5 still working well. at least I have few more Chinese character to print and teach my girl.

why they want it

Could you believe that a person who already is very skinny still interested to buy Leptovox and keep saying that need help to lose weight? Sometimes, I really could not understand why they are not satisfied with their body shape that does not look fat at all.

have to teach her chinese words

I am thinking to teach my children Chinese words. I have no idea how to start until a customer teach me the skill. She is a teacher and have been using the same skill to teach her 6 years old children since little. Her daughter already upgrade to Primary School standard 3 at the age of 6!

I do not wish to have a daughter like her but I do wish my daughter knows how to read Chinese word and master Chinese words as well. I will try the method and see if it suitable for my daughter.

If the hotel rate is $300 per day, with 30% she could save $90 already. $90 is not many but that already could pay for 1 person meal per day. I think it does affect the budget of traveling. I hope I know how to find cheap hotel rate. So that I could save on accommodation when go travel also.

My hubby is a very hard working person. Currently, he owns a small business company with two partners. I can see that their business has growing since two years ago. no fear of moving house anymore

Some people like to stay in apartment. No doubt, that Apartment would have better view usually. Especially night view, it is very pleasure to have such view after a tired working day. I like it too. However, now I prefer to stay in Terrace house. I do not mind whether it is just a small 18” x 60” single storey terrace house or 20” x 80” double storey house. I only want a landed house! I hate to park my car so far away and then walk a long journey to back home. Besides that, I hate to see the Apartment‘s lift keep in services when I need it!

I told my husband before I do not want to move house again after moved into this apartment because scared of the moving hassle. However, I have no fear of it anymore. Because I could find some good moving companies to help me just like the Boston Movers hired by my uncle when he moving to Boston. He has no problem to move house at all. Some more his stuffs are much more than mine. I need two Lorries to move house, but I think he needs at least 5 to 6 Lorries for it.

when could i be a stay at home mother?

I have a discussion with husband last few days. He is suggesting me to be a stay at home mother to take care of our daughters. I would not consider his suggestion if this happen 2 years ago. However, I am starting to concern about my children education since they enrolled into kindergarten. I really need more time to teach them and take care of their education.

Our financial is one of the factor could not get my stay at home mother dream come true. I am worry we are not enough money for daily expenses if without my monthly salary. That time I think I would be very slim without the NV diet pills already, because do not have money to buy food at all. Haii…We need another detail discussion about this.. I need to sort out our monthly expenses and see how could we save cost and survive without my monthly salary.

I Could Be Slim Too If....

If I am living in the high cost living city such as Tokyo, I think I would be slim without any diet pills. I have not met a fat lady in my trip to Japan few months ago. I understand that Japanese are very concern about their looks, but how do they keep nice looking for long term?

Besides that I could not decline all those yummy Japan food in the trip! Then how do they keep so well body figure?

High Living Cost In Japan

Hubby’s friend asks me what kind of products are selling cheap in Japan. He thinking to ask me buys for him on my next visit to Japan. Well, I do not know what is selling cheap there, for me the living expenses in Japan are pretty high. One meal cost at least US$10.

There are some electrical items are selling cheap in Japan. However, you could only get the cheap one when they having promotion or sales. I am going to search for the HDMI switches for my LCD TV when I am there. So, I think I probably will advice him to buy the HDMI cable and other related products. Hopefully I could find a shop selling cheap then get it back to him.

Rather Stay Home In Holiday

Where would you like to go in holiday? When I was young I love to have a short trip with friends. It is always feeling great to join them for trip. I wish I could have more chance to attend such trip; too bad most of my friends already have their own family and do not have time to go travel with me anymore.

No more travel with friends since I am married. However, it is good too because I have more time to spend with my family. I go travel with my parent, sister, nephew, husband and daughters now. We have been to many local destinations for holidays.
I am having problem now to plan for coming trip because we almost been to all the local destinations. Where should we go this yearend? Of course I wish to bring them to foreign country but too bad I could not afford it.

I do not want to travel to Cameron Highland or Genting Highland again. I prefer to stay home and play online Casino game rather than go to Highland which usually will pack like no tomorrow in public holiday. Gosh… where should I go for the Christmas and New Year holiday?

My Potential Rich Man

I am a stingy person. I always think of how to save money. And also do not like to spend without survey which price is the cheapest. My friend commented me is a details person because I like to check everything in detail. I think they are trying to tell me I am a calculative person. Haha

I wish I could spend like other rich person also. Too bad I am not as rich as they do. For example, I wish I could hire moving company to help me move house. But I have no budget to hire them. I am extremely envy when I saw some of them even able to hire Art Storage Company to help them move art collections. So good to have extra money to pay for good service.

I do not think I am able to become a rich person all by myself. I do not have any making profit skill at all. However, I am so lucky to have my husband. He is a potential rich man. Haha…No joke, he is such a great man for me. He is hardworking and very good in business management. I believe he could be a rich man one day.

Expensive Bento Set

I saw more and more blogger mommies spend money on buying bento stuffs again. I am quite interested in bento stuff when I saw the bento set they made for the children. I was thinking to buy some bento stuff and make some nice decoration food for my children as well.

I could not find bento set selling locally. Therefore, I search in the international eBay website. That bento are selling quite expensive! A small vegetable cutter already cost about $10.00! It is not include the international shipping fees to my country yet! I could not believe how much other blogger mommies have spent on their bento gadgets. I saw they have many little gadgets. They must be spent over hundred in those little gadgets.

I am quite stingy to spend on that actually. I think I rather spend the money to buy few NFL Uniforms to my husband and children. I think my children would be more happy to receive the NFL uniforms if compare to bento stuffs. Opps…one of the reasons I am stingy on this is because I do not have problem on feeding my children. They are big eater and do not care how ugly the food look like but still will consume them. haha

Looking Forward For Ralative Gathering

Time flies, I did not notice year of 2008 leave 3 months only. Now is almost end of September already. Another three more months is Chinese New Year already. I am looking forward for it actually. I have no meet with my relative for quite long time. We usually will gather when Chinese New Year only. I am glad the time will come very soon.

I remember the fun time we spent together on last year Chinese New Year. Adults and children were enjoying very much with our own activities in the same house. When talk about Chinese New Year, we will play the Poker games. The game seems like the best game for us. We could chitchat and laugh like no tomorrow when playing poker games.

Next year, we are going to meet at one of an uncle home who just moved into new bungalow few months. I think he has to buy Poker Tables and set a private poker room for all of us, because we have at least 15 adults together. Anyway, I think this should not be a problem to my uncle because he is a very friendly and nice person. He loves to gather with friends and relative as well. I can’t wait for the time come faster now!

Need Another Memory Card

I though two 8 GB memory cards are good enough for me to store my photos. I was quite satisfied at the first few months until last month. I do not enough space to store the photos I captured using my DSLR camera anymore. I need to snap photo in jpeg and raw file. The space I am using to store photo has become very large. Two 8 GB memory cards are enough for two days photos only. I think I better get another memory card now.

No Time To Make Bento Food

Many blogger many like to make bento for their children now. Some of the blogger mommy even started their own bento shop to sell bento stuffs. Well, I am interested to make bento for my children too, but I have not much time to spend on that.

I hardly found shoes that I like and have my foot size. I could not find my shoes size most of the time. Regardless it is branded shoes or just cheap products. I tried to find Crocs shoes in the mall, but they didn’t supply my size! Very disappointed.

I Hate To Deal With Ridiculous Person

10 years ago, my best friend introduced me to visit a doctor who is specialist in lose weight. No doubt, that he is a very professional doctor, all the diet pills the doctor given was very effective. One of my husband’s hobbies is watch football games. He has not much change to go out with friends for those football matches after we got married. However, this does not make him loves football less but let him discovered a new place to enjoy football games!

He starts to enjoy watching football and other sports games in her mini home theater since lost his chance to go out with friends. I was so happy to see him stay at home and watch his favorite games at home. I do not might he spends money to build up the home theater as I could enjoy movie with his 52” LCD TV and advance home theater system too.

I think he is quite addicted to home theater now. He had bought quite many home theater related products and really wants to make his home theater room like a cinema! He had complete home theater system, speaker system, subwoofer, home theater seats, and other accessories.

I have a different view of where is a suitable location for resident after given birth to two little princess. I think they education is very important for me. Pity Her, So Busy In The Office

Wani is my colleague, pity her not only a general in our company that arrange for delivery and deal with customer, she also a clerk for another insurance company that share office with us. I am not sure but from the price, I saw in their website, $8 is considered very cheap. Maybe the Great Discovery: Zenni Optical is real as others blogger post about. Cheap Eyeglass Supply

Hubby and I wear eyeglasses since we were a kid, sometimes it could be a pain to find an eyeglass that suitable for us. After wearing glasses for more than 20 years, I could not find a style of glasses that I never wear before and really like it. Haha..We changed our eyeglasses every year, if calculate based on yearly, we have more than 40 pairs of eyeglasses at home already.

Most of the eyeglasses we bought does not come with cheap price, the most cheaply I could get was about US30 – US40 per pairs. Therefore, you could imagine that how much we had spent on eyeglasses only. Calculation for forty pairs x US40 is about US1,600.00! Wow..I could not believe that we had already spent more than US1,600.00 to buy our eyeglasses within these twenty years!

Can't Move Them Out Yet

My home has not enough space to place two kid’s bed now. I am thinking to move out SQ & Kiki soon but the problem now is we could not place two beds in the same room. Moreover, we do not have other extra rooms as well. I still do not know how to settle the problem yet. Maybe I would just let them share the bed with us again.

I saw many nice adjustable beds when I search for my children’s bed. Those beds look very comfortable, maybe I should ask my hubby to buy me one as complication gift to take care of the children at night. :p

Not Dare To Wear Leather Lingerie

I think most of the men ever dream that their wife or girlfriend wearing leather lingerie before. I am also feeling that woman with leather lingerie looks so sexy and attractive do you think so? Too bad, my traditional mind not allows me to wear it; I am not daring to buy it yet. I am worry I would just leave the beautiful lingerie in the locker without wear it. However, do not mind my husband to buy to me if he wants me to wear and show him me in the leather lingerie. haha

Crazy And Suspcious Husband

Few days ago, I have a nice chat with my boss regarding her relationship with husband. I have known that her relationship with husband is not good since 2 years ago. All because of the man was not a good husband and even not entitle to be a good father. He beat his own daughter who is 15 years old 2 years ago, until her daughter eyes was swollen and whole body was blue green.

He started to suspect my boss not faithful to him since boss expanding her business. My boss is very busy dealing in business since then and she seldom has time to spend for her family. I think this might be the main reason make her husband suspected boss has another man at outside. It sound quite funny actually, my boss is very traditional type of woman, and she definitely would look for another man. His man just jealous her too clever than her I think.

Boss’s husband even found a locksmith to break into our office and open company safety box just to check what is store inside the box. Doesn’t he over? Sure he was. I wonder where he found the locksmith services because we suspected it must be happen at nighttime only. Maybe he found the emergency locksmith services at Basad Inc? Who knows?

I know I am bad, but I do hope my boss get rid of this crazy man as soon as she can, so that she could have a better new life.

Want To Train SQ To Read

I wish I could train SQ like to read books, so that she would have the interests to study in her school time. I have started to read storybooks to her and then introduce her simple textbooks slowly. I have quite a lot of bedtime story books at home; I hope I could bring her interests into reading soon. Then I probably will use the Barnes and Noble coupons to buy more books. Of course, she must be interests in reading first, if not I think I would waste the money on buy books only.

Bring Me To Europe Please!

I am still remember my hubby owe me a travel package. He promises to bring me to Europe after I know he has joint his company Europe trip. I planned to join them when I know that his company provides the opportunity for them to Europe in the year of 2002. At the last, his company canceled the trip due to the reason of they have been there before. I am very disappointed and I keep nagging hubby until he cannot stand for it, and promises will bring me there in the future.

I swear I will accompany my hubby to watch his rugby games championship in Europe if he brings me to Europe. Hmm...I wonder is he interests to watch the Italy v England match which held on 10^th 2008 or not. I will definitely book the rugby championship for him. If one match is not enough I could still go for the France vs. England match, I do not mind to stay longer in Europe for his matches.

I wonder the Cat 5 cables that I saw from an online store, is same as the cat 6 Ethernet cable that my boss looking for or not. What is the different of Cat 5 and Cat 6? Both of them look the same to me. I saw another Cat 3 Ethernet cable also, is that also different type of cable? Oh my! Why there are so many different cable one?

Traditional Mind at Outside But Not Inside

I am a very traditional woman. I am not daring to wear sexy clothing in public; I hardly accept model and outstanding cloth fashion. Well, I think I am really very kind of bore person. Actually, I am envy people who have good taste on select fashion and beautiful body shape to wear those clothing. They do look very attractive and beautiful with those clothes. I wish I could as beauty as them.

I think I have to work hard on lose weight if I want to be as beauty as them. I think one of the main problem for me not daring to wear sexy clothing in public is because my fat body. I am never have a slim body before, I feel extremely uncomfortable and feel shame even I am just wearing sleeveless cloth and singlet. What a traditional minded woman I am.

Although I am very traditional in the public but I sometimes would try my best to pleasure my man too. I have no problem to wear sexy baby doll in the bedroom. My mind could be very “yellow” when I am with my hubby only. I even joke with my hubby; he might need Viagra to help if he could not satisfy me. I think I am considering a quite open minded wife to my hubby, and he loves the way I am.

I Have A Great Husband

I always tell people that I have unbelievable good and understanding husband. I have to admit that I am very forgetful and lazy wife who does not like to do house chore. I also do not know how to take care of a person. I know I should take care my husband and let him has no worry at home, but it just too hard for me.

The wife is so lazy to do the house chore, so who would be the victim to do house chore? Well, the responsibility has pass to my lovely husband since the first day of our marriage. He is doing very well in those house chores actually, much better than I am. From this side, he already a perfect husband to me.

My husband likes to watch soccer match like other men too. I never complain about the time he spends on watching soccer matches, although sometimes the time he spends on that is long. He could just stay at home for a whole day without go out but just sit in front of the television if there are any soccer matches program. However, I could still feel that he love me more than Soccer Balls. Well, maybe I should say he love me same as his soccer ball.

Have To Work Overtime Soon

I have just told my hubby I will start to work overtime next week. I am very buy since my boss started to hand over the new products to me last week. I am now not only have to do accounting work for the company but also have to do the stock keeping record, act designer job, admin and management arrangement.

I have no enough time to finish all the works even start working from 9am to 5pm without go out for lunch. My boss often bring lunch for me since last week, she knows I have no time to go out for lunch already. I am not sure she is understanding or wants me to spend more time in the office, so she will always bring me lunch. I am all right with the offer actually, because I do not like to out for lunch too.

I think the only things that worry me when I start to work overtime are the safety of our office. Our office is located in the top level of the business building. No much of people will stay in the building at night. Boss and I will be the only female working in the office. I think I better get ready two Baseball Bats for boss and me just in case we need weapon to fight with bad person.

Chooi Peng sent me the first scarping photo of her wedding ring. That was a pair of platinum diamond ring which cost $1000 - $3000. Although the price is quite expensive but the designs is worth to buy. My wedding ring is white gold, which I am kind of regretted to bought it now. White gold is quite easy become yellowish and I have to send to polish often to maintain the white gold color, is quite troublesome actually.

I would go for gemstone jewelry only if I want to buy white gold since then. Just like below 14K White Gold with 5.13 Carat Blue Topaz and Diamond Bracelet, I think the yellowish of the white gold would not be easily discover in this kind of gemstone jewelry.

Getting Bore With The Car

My car already 8 years old. I am kind of boring to drive it everyday. I wish I could chance a new car but too bad, I was not having fund for that. I wonder could I select the billet grilles to enhance and customize my car. I want to have a different car, well, not necessary chance it, but at least chance some part and have a new looks and fresh feeling. I would ask for my hubby opinion, hope he could help.

Durian Season Now

Durian season has start now. We saw a lot of Durian stall at the roadside recently, selling all those delicious and yummy food. Last week, my hubby bought back few D24 Durians. I was planning to enjoy the Durian after my dinner but hubby does not want to wait again. Therefore, he took the cutter and trying to open the Durian. It was very funny to see him cut the Durian. I think he does not know how to cut the Durian! He definitely use the wrong method, maybe he needs the plasma cutter to help him rather than a small cutter! haha
