Work Hard For Bonus Loyalty

I'm doing market research on building materials for my company recently, because we going to fight for a big project soon. My boss have warning us that this is change to work hard for our annual loyalty program. Which mean if we are able to get this Value customer sign our contract then our company going to compensate us with luxury bonus on this year end! All of us are really working hard now, we are looking forward to coming bonus. :D
