We were having a gathering yesterday night in my hubby’s friend Jack house. He was so excited to tell us about his investment. He had brought an industrial commercial real estate
several years ago and he just met a buyer and sold out the property. He gets 150% returns on it. That was the first time he invests in real estate. He chooses to invest on the real estate and hope to get good returns and now he deserves it. What a great new and we all are so happy to hear that. Now, he is even planning for his second investment. Hope that he can make more money on that later.
