What do you thinking about sending a 4 years old kid to math tutors? Is it too early? Well, I don't think so, from what I read from SCORE. 4 - 12 years old is the best time to pick up the learning skill. I'm guess if kids able to discover the joy of learning then they will have no problem on future study. They will enjoy the learning progress. I hope Siao Qing will find the fun of learning at the SCORE, so that she will develop basic reasoning strategies that help her become active in learning math.
