I should read the 43 Must-Know Tips (and Resources) for Every First-time Home Buyer before buying my first home. I have experience too many mistake on purchase of first house. Included I don't know what is right for us, don't know how to estimate our loan amount, don't know what is the cheaper mortgage rates in the market. And ended up I have to paid for high interest rate more then 5 years, then only refinance to others loan. If I could read this articles early then I sure will selected the right mortgage at the beginning.
