I envy a friend who stay at Arizona was able to sell off her house so quickly. She just contact a Arizona real estate company, send all her house information over, then immediately get a buyer within 1 week time. How come her real estate company able to find potential buyer so quickly? The buyer agreed to buy the house after one inspection only and seem like no negotiate of the housing price at all. My friend lucky on this I think.
