Investment In Real Estate

I think for who are investing in real estate will interested to invest in the worldwide property instead of fixed on specific location. But of cause this has to be sure that you have enough fund for that. I believe that there are many real estate that will bring you profit outside there. However, I am not sure where it is, this was one of the reason I can't get rich from real estate. :P

I found a website promoting the Baltimore Real Estate. I don't know much about this city, I only know that there are lots of old ethnic neighborhoods and some of them have been restored and refurbished into interesting shopping and dining locales. Will the real estate market become good in this location? No idea, I think I have to consult my uncle who is expert in real estate investment.
