My colleagues who are handle the customer services complain to me that there are many ridiculers customer loves to blame for nothing. The usually call for discount or trying to get f.o.c stuff. The always blame my colleague does not help them to get the better and so on. Some customer even scolds her because of that. She feels bad when customer calls and scolds her without reason. I have forgot that how many time she trying to request boss to get the hosted PBX small business VoIP phone systems for the office, so that she can avoid from listening to those non-sense complaint. Too bad, boss has no comment on this issue yet.
