Increase Of Salary Based On Improvement

I told hubby what I wish to suggest to my boss yesterday. I wish boss would get the 360 degree feedback for us. I heard that this software able to collect more feedback from different manager and employee. This might be very useful when come to the increment period like now. MY boss can increase our salary based on the feedback we collect and the response of the employee when they get the feedback. If there is some improvement then company should consider increasing their salary or no increment when they did not improve themselves. Perhaps this will be the most easily to do the reviews in short period.
