Maintain

No meat No rice No noodle or any other fattening food. Do you think you would still gain weight? Well, I don't think so. As what I know meat and high Carbohydrate food are the best partner to gain weight, without these two I think we could maintain our weight much more easily. Well, maybe I am wrong but I do think like that and I hope it is true. :p
