I watched many quality video clips at YouTube before. Sometimes I think it is kind of waste to publish those video clip at a free hosting website, because anyone who is interested with the video clip might take the video for their own use. I think it still acceptable if they only take it for personal use, but what if they take it as commercial use. This seems like not fair to the creator, I think they should upload their quality video to the HD Stock Video Library and stand a chance to earn money from the video and at least they will get some compensate from their hard work.
