I am taking more and more supplements and vitamins nowadays. Omega 3 Fish Oil supplement, Iron and Calcium supplement and many others. My friends also introduced few womens vitamins to me. Sometimes, I think I am taking pills more than having rice. I do not know whether is good or not to consume so many type of supplements at the same. But I hope it is better than has no nutrition at all.
