2 months ago, my cousin use my computer to download mp3 song, movie and software application from do not what website and causes my computer hacked by virus! I have warn him many times, do not visit any website that contains keylogger or popup windows that might bring the computer virus. However, he kept doing it behind me. And at that time, my computer was load extremely slow and always hang because of those spyware.
I used ad-aware, search and destroy, Microsoft anti spyware in safe mode and had them remove a bunch of stuff including access control, spy sheriff and some other stuff I don't remember at the moment but I apparently still got some stuff because my desktop is stuck! I am still getting the same message saying, "Spy Spyware activity has been detected. It is recommended to use spyware removal tool to prevent data loss. Do not use computer until all spyware is removed."
Luckily, one of my company's Technicians recommended Spy Sweeper to me; Else, I have to reformat my computer and lost all my important file. I do think of backup the file before format my hard dish. However, the problem is I cannot backup the document from my computer, no idea what's wrong with that. Firstly, I do a test check at spy sweeper website and detected many unknown ware after the scan, it might be a malware, trackware, scumware, thiefware, snoopware or sneakware. Thanks god, spy sweeper was able help to removed the entire hack and bring back my computer safely.
