Complaint My Apartment Again

I am going to complaint about my apartment again. Can could be the management services in our apartment are so bad? Two out of 3 servicing lift are pending for repair. In addition, it is already 3 days. I did not see any maintenance people come over to do checking or others necessary work. How I wish I were not the owner of this kind of terrible apartment. Because I have trying to sell the apartment, but have, nobody interested to buy it also. Already spread out the selling news, but have no response after 6 months announcement also. How good if I am an owner of Phoenix Condos, I am sure the condo will sold of very fast because of the great location, facilities and many others.
