I think I must work on my calorie counting if I wish to lower down my weight. Sometimes I do think that the main reason for me to have this fat body is that I do not know how to count the calorie intake. I not really eat many foods, but I like fried and fast food. I know this kind of food Contains high calorie, but I do not really know how many calorie it actual have.
Maybe get a calorie counter to help me counting will be a great solution. Since I'm quite lazy to calculate one by one too. :P I found that My Fitness pal providing free calorie counter for members. I will joint this and get the free calorie counter. Hopefully I can awake myself not to over take calorie by using the calorie counter.
