I am a very easygoing person, I not the type of person very calculative. I used to believe the thing friends recommended. I do the same for my home loan. I already know the first home loan that I applied has no provided the best rate and might not suitable for us, but due to this loan introduced by a friend. So I get it applied.

Frankly speaking, I am darn regret when the BLR rate keep raise on last 2 years! The loan interest cost me a lot! I do not even pay off 10% after the 5 years loan installment. However, I am glad to tell that I have made a right decision to apply for the mortgage refinance of my home. I started to do some research and compare the mortgage rate after knew that the BLR rate might rise again on coming few years.

After switched to this new mortgage system, I have banked in my extra money monthly to save more on loan interest. I think I must work on my calorie counting if I wish to lower down my weight. Sometimes I do think that the main reason for me to have this fat body is that I do not know how to count the calorie intake. I not really eat many foods, but I like fried and fast food. Kent having big problem with his credit lately, we have warning him not to spend too much on his credit cards and not to delay his housing loan payment. I bought more then 10 pieces maternity cloth at my first pregnancy and top up another 10 on second pregnancy again. And still thinking to get more at the last semester of my 2nd pregnancy. I just can't stop myself to buy those clothes when I see it.

School Holiday Is Coming Soon

My Mother In Law.

I'm lucky because I'm didn't stay with my mother in law..I heard too many unhappy case in between those relationship. Oh my...I think I can't handle this kind of thing..I'm not a easy communicate person..and so did my mother in law..

Previously, I have tried to get closer with her..but don't know why I just can't get the feeling of being a her daughter. Another 1 More Year

Another 1 more year to go for the day purchase of Disney World Tickets. Doesn't it should strange to you? Need to plan for such long time to purchase the Disney World Tickets? Bird Binocular As Father Day Gift

I'm looking for a good quality bird binoculars for my father recently. My father only entertainment is bird watching, he joint his friend's bird watching trip at least 1 or 2 times a month. Previously he owns a Canon Image Stabilized 8x25 Binocular, but he accidentally lost it at last trip. I'm thinking to get a new Binocular for him as coming Father Day's gift.
