I bought four packs of branded high protein flour at supermarket yesterday. Main reason I bought so many is because the price selling there is cheap when compare to other supermarket and those flour expire date show 2013. I need to keep for longer period since I couldn’t finish all in short time. Most four I bought at bakery shop could only keep up to 2 months. I have not much time to go those shops that often, so what thinking it would be worth to keep.
