Today after praying, I have to prepare braise minced pork for lunch and bring to my mother in law home. Cut all pork in minced, added 1 cup soy sauce, 3 cup water, some five spice powder, wine, pepper and salt to taste. Braised it for 1 to 2 hours. Well, I didn’t count the time actually, just braise until the water almost dry and off the fire. It is quite a nice dish mixing with rice, especially if you have no other dishes serve together. I think I could eat 2 to 3 bowl of rice topping with braised minced pork in one go.
