I think I need to take more multivitamins supplement now. I have few supplements bought but stored at home only. I seldom take them because always forget. Recently, I notice that my hair drop seriously. I suspect it is because of I am taking less meat now. Checked the information online found that ease of protein and vitamins would cause hair drop too. So, is time to take more vitamins to replace the meat nutrition’s now.
