Trying Only

There are quite many colon cleanse reviews I could get online. However, I have no interesting to find that information because I never think of trying them. But now I have to slap myself already because I am trying a colon cleanse that recommended by a doctor without check if it is effective or not. I think most of us are over trust doctor, whatever they said and recommend surely would be good for us. Well, this time I hope doctor is always right.
