I wonder eating too much of salad will make me slim down or loose of nutritions. I know I am getting fatter and fatter now, I am thinking to keep fit. But what kind of lose weight method should I use?
I have try to keep track on my diet previously, too bad is just too hard for me to control myself not to eat. I will totally forget about I'm on diet whenever I am infront of food. Haii..seem like fat is forever follow me...
