Potato Salads

Ingredients
Potato
Mustart Green
White Bread
Mayonise (2 tablespoo)
Yogurt (1 cup)
Sugar (2 - 3 teaspoon)

wash & cut mustart green in small pieces

cut white bread into small cubes & bake for 6 - 7 mins

mustart green pieces, crispy bread cubes & cooked potato (potato shouldn't cook too soft)

Prepare dressing & taste 1st b4 mixing with salad
Then mixed with salad & serve crispy bread on top

Japanese Cold Soba Noodle


1st get ready 1 big bowl of ice + cold water
2nd Cook the soba noodle (about 3 mins) & put all in the ice bowl

3rd kacau a bit & leave it for a while
4th pour the water & topup more ice

5th ready others side ingredients -
seaweeds, green onion, Japanese soy sauce for noodle (must have)
ham / sausage / wasabi (optional)
6th mixed 3 tablespoon of soysauce + 2 tablespoon water + a little bit wasabi
then have some seaweeds, onion & others ..


7th take ur noodle
8th dip into sauce


aiyooyoo...enjoy lor.........wat a cold afternoon...

Fried Malay Kampung Chicken

Last 2 weeks, I having lunch with boss almost every day liao..and this make me eat more & more..coz my boss always introduced new place & yummy food to me..Spoilt all my diet programme liao..(Hehe..actually this programme have been postponed from life liao)

Haii...my appetite r large enough to swallow an elephant liao...(Jason, can fight with u liao lah!)

Ok , today let me introduced a Malay food stall located at Bandar Tun Razak, DBKL..My boss told me tat is a famous Malay stall wor..most famous food r goreng ayam kampung without skin..For me it taste of chicken ok lah...Wat I love is ..the Cili Belacan..wohh..yummy ler...

Full of ppl inside the stall! I faster faster pick my food then get out there lia..otherwise I'm be the sardin liao..hehe

I have a very big plate if rice ler..from this u can imaginate my sizes liao..hahaa..We took 2 pcs of fried chicken seperately..but forgot to take photo..hehe

10 Mins after, leave only fish head..hohoo..Very full liao..eeee.....after a mins ....Where was the fish head??? Don u know tat fish head r the most yummy part meh?? hehe...My boss told me wan..but I donno how to eat tat fish head..so my boss consumed it liao...

Review : Pork Meat Noodle

This small food stall located at Jalan Alor, very hard to find ...easily to pass it without notice wan...I only remember it located at somewhere nearby Istana Hotel guaa...

No air-cond, no beauty waitress..But it really pack with ppl..Most r whom working nearby..

Review : Portuguese Grill Fish

Tomolo is Saturday, so I recommend u going out for nice spicy food..It located at Midvalley KL 2nd Floor Food court..I'm tried it after recommended by Twinsmom..Really a SPICY grill fish...

My rice..very yummy eventho just mixed with chillies sambal....

Conclusion : Yummy Grill Fish....Cost about RM4 - RM8 per set....Very reasonable price...I wish to try them all..But too bad kenot consume more...

Pineapple Butter Cake

This might be the only cake that I still remember how to make without refer to it's recipe....I really hope I have more time to bake more ...but too bad I have no more time for that..taking care of 2 baby really spend all my time..


Get ready ingredient: - butter, cake flour, pineapple, pineapple juice, sugar, egg


1st put in egg, sugar & butter
2nd add cake flour bit by bit..
3rd add pineapple juice (according to the texture)


Finally, Mixed with pineapples pieces & decorate b4 bake..
Bake about 30 - 40 mins..


Here the result..Abit scorched…

Chinese Rice Dumpling

This post is for myself..hehee...Coz my mama complained us (5 sisters), no one r learn this skill from her..and she worry later she has no energy to wrap for us..then my papa kenot enjoy homemade dumpling liao...see..wat a traditional wife..always put husband at 1st place wan...

I know I will try to do it by myself .. one day ..... In fact, I learned it liao lah..just no time to do experiment again..hehe..very troublesome of preparation lah... gotta spend half day for prepare ingredients only ler...

Let's Start **

Fried with main seasoning : Five Spices Powder, Soy Sauce, Dark Soy Sause, Pepper, Oil, Salt & Sugar

1) Glutinous Rice (Soaked) ~ Oil & Onion Only
2) Dried Shrimps (Soaked) + Many Onion (Chop) ~ no salt
3) Mushroom + meat + Dried Chestnuts
4) Green Peas (Soaked) ~ Boil with salt Only
5) Salted Egg York ~ Cut




Choose the suitable size of 2 Bamboo Leaf & form a hollow..









Spread a layer of glutinous rice over dumpling leaves & then spread another layer of green beans








Add in others ingredients, then Spread another layer of green beans & rice to cover the ingredients.
Then fold the leaf tie..







Hang at the door lock to support & tie it with straw..









Cut the hard bamboo leaf....To avoid it damage others dumpling..








2 kilos of rice = 53 pcs Dumpling









Special wrap the Pillow Dumpling (hehe..my mama EFNTD liao)









Boil big tong of water then add all dumpling, cook for 4 - 5 hours..add in hot water continuing..









ok...All done..can enjoy liao...My mama homemade rice dumpling (Hum Yok Chung)..







Why wrap so many? haii..coz my mother r too nice liao lah...5 for Ah soh, 5 for Ah Sok, 5 for MIL, 5 for Aunty..5 for don-know-wat-realtive...like tat mai leave few for us only lor...

Review : You Chi


This is called You Chi in cantonese..I like to eat this when still a kid...I think Malay have semiliar kuih oso...

Is hard to see ppl selling this food now...But recently find it somewhere nearby my apt..Can't help myself to run for it..

1st cut in the medium then put some sambal belacan inside..woww..very yummy wan...serves with a cup of cold drink..wah..perfect!

Stall selling You Chi located beside Dewan Serbaguna Seri Kembangan, Jalan Besar...only open on afternoon..
