Applied Leaves for Holiday

I have applied leave for my coming trip since two months ago. Mean reason for me to apply leave at early is because I am the only staff in the office now and I don’t want to make thing upside down once I am not around. I thought my boss would shocked after know I applied leaves for so many days, but he is not. He even requests me to buy him cigar bar in airport if find it is cheap..hmm…He really not worries about the office work at all!

Braised Minced Pork

Today after praying, I have to prepare braise minced pork for lunch and bring to my mother in law home. Cut all pork in minced, added 1 cup soy sauce, 3 cup water, some five spice powder, wine, pepper and salt to taste. Braised it for 1 to 2 hours. Well, I didn’t count the time actually, just braise until the water almost dry and off the fire. It is quite a nice dish mixing with rice, especially if you have no other dishes serve together. I think I could eat 2 to 3 bowl of rice topping with braised minced pork in one go.

I bake sausage bun today. Starting to make the dough at 9.10am then wait it raise while having my breakfast. 60 minutes later, bring out the dough and make into shape and let it rise for 40 minutes again. Making bread have to spend many times. At least 3 – 4 hours I think. Most of the time is just waiting and waiting haha… anyway, I like to make bread rather than cake now. I do not need any best anti wrinkle creams now but not few years later. I wish I will never need this product but too bad I am a loser for aging. I am started to know about skin care problem since two years ago only. I was not care about how my skin looks like previous. I think most young people would not care about this, I am one of them. Super Busy Now

Although I seem like have more time to stay at home now but I am much busier if compare to previous. Went out in the early morning and then back to office to work non stop. Spent half energy to do office work, I still have to finish my whole month working in half month time to get the 1/3 salary. So unfair right? At noon have to rush to school and then back home. My hubby suggest me trade in my old car and buy a new one. I wish to change my car too, but I am too stingy to spend more money and start the loan installment again. Beside that, I think the insurance and road tax for new car is not cheap too. My friend Judy got few car insurance quotes for his new car, each is about 1,000. Not cheap at all.
